(Silver Spring, MD) - Between Monday, January 9 and Sunday, January 15, Investigation Discovery set a new high by posting the best week ever in primetime for all key demos including People 2+ (765k), People 25-54 (371k), Women 25-54 (248k) and Households (614k). Capping of this record week was a premiere of ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN, which set a series best 1.05 Household rating and delivered 985k People 2+.

Among all ad-supported cable in its timeslot (1/15/12, 10-11 PM), ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN ranked #11 for Women 25-54 delivery, beating all cable news networks including Fox News, CNN, HLN and MSNBC, as well as TNT, A&E, TruTV, VH1, Lifetime Movie Network, Hallmark, Syfy, Oxygen, National Geographic, Biography and We, among others.

Additionally, NIGHTMARE NEXT DOOR from 9-10 PM on Sunday, January 25 set a 1.01 Household rating and delivered 964k People 2+.

ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN has been a cornerstone of Investigation Discovery's schedule at 10 PM each Sunday night since the series' launch in October 2009. On Sunday, January 22, ON THE CASE premieres its first two-hour investigation chronicling the triple homicide of Jo, Michelle and Christie Rogers in Tampa Bay. This double episode features Zahn's exclusive interview with a woman whose courage helped break the case and who is speaking publically about her experience for the first time.
