With Friday's 'Night of Premieres,' featuring the Season 2 debut of "My Babysitter's a Vampire," an all new "A.N.T. Farm" and the launch of animated series "Gravity Falls," Disney Channel ranked as cable TV's #1 network in Prime in Total Viewers (3.1 million), surpassing #2 network SyFy by a hefty 55% (2.0 million), and was TV's #1 network in Kids 2-11 (1.8 million/4.5 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.5 million/6.0 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.3 million/5.3 rating).

Furthermore, Disney Channel was easily cable TV's #1 network in Total Day in Total Viewers (2.3 million), overshadowing runner-up Nickelodeon by a sizeable 28% (vs. 1.8 million).

Impressively, led by "A.N.T. Farm," which posted Season 2 highs across all target demos, Disney Channel delivered TV's Top 7 TV telecasts in Kids 2-11, the Top 18 TV telecasts in Kids 6-11 and the Top 14 TV telecasts in Tweens 9-14, and was home to cable TV's Top 4 telecasts in Total Viewers.

· At 8 o'clock, the Season 2 premiere of "My Babysitter's a Vampire" ranked as Friday's #2 cable TV telecast in Total Viewers (3.2 million) and the #2 TV telecast in Tweens 9-14 (1.3 million/5.5 rating).

· "My Babysitter's a Vampire" more than doubled time period runner-up Nickelodeon in Kids 2-11 (126% - 1.8 million vs. 796,000), Kids 6-11 (158% - 1.5 million vs. 582,000) and Tweens 9-14 (102% - 1.3 million vs. 644,000).

· At 8:30 p.m., an all-new "A.N.T. Farm" recorded Season 2 highs across all demos, including Total Viewers (3.4 million), Kids 2-11 (2.1 million/5.2 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.8 million/7.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.5 million/6.1 rating).

· "A.N.T. Farm" stood as Friday's #1 cable TV telecast in Total Viewers, and the #1 TV telecast in Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14.

· "A.N.T. Farm" exceeded the #2 network in the half-hour, Nickelodeon, by massive triple-digit percentages in key demos: by 153% in Kids 2-11 (2.1 million vs. 831,000), by 199% in Kids 6-11 (1.8 million vs. 601,000) and by 159% in Tweens 9-14 (1.5 million vs. 579,000).

· At 9:30 p.m., the launch of "Gravity Falls" dominated its time period, ranking as cable TV's #1 telecast in Total Viewers (3.1 million) and the #1 TV telecast in Kids 2-11 (2.0 million/4.9 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.6 million/6.6 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.3 million/5.3 rating).

· "Gravity Falls" towered over TV's #2 network in the half-hour, NBC ("U.S. Olympic Trials"), by 229% in Kids 2-11 (2.0 million vs. 608,000), by 322% in Kids 6-11 (1.6 million vs. 379,000) and by 266% in Tweens 9-14 (1.3 million vs. 355,000).
