Hitting Season 2 highs, "Melissa & Joey" ranked as Wednesday's #1 cable TV telecast at 8 o'clock for the 13th straight week in Women 18-34 (453,000/1.3 rating), for the 10th week in a row in Women 18-49 (716,000/1.1 rating), and for the 3rd consecutive week in Adults 18-34 (613,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (636,000/1.4 rating).

· "Melissa & Joey" delivered its best season to date, ranking as cable TV's #1 series in the half-hour throughout the season across key measures Adults 18-34, Women 18-34, Adults 18-49, Women 18-49, Viewers 12-34 and Females 12-34.

"Baby Daddy" (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

In its season finale, "Baby Daddy" ranked as cable TV's #1 telecast at 8:30 p.m. in Adults 18-34 (610,000/0.9 rating), Women 18-34 (454,000/1.3 rating), Women 18-49 (677,000/1.1 rating), Viewers 12-34 (823,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (636,000/1.4 rating), and in fact ranked as the #1 cable TV telecast in the half-hour each week during its freshman campaign in Women 18-34.

· "Baby Daddy" ranked as the #1 new cable comedy of Summer 2012 in Women 18-34 and Females 12-34, and cable TV's #2 comedy in Prime launch to date in the target demos.

· "Baby Daddy" wrapped as ABC Family's #1 comedy of all time in Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34, and ranks as cable TV's #1 show in the half-hour across all target demos: Adults 18-34, Women 18-34, Adults 18-49, Women 18-49, Viewers 12-34 and Females 12-34.

· "Baby Daddy" gains notably based on a full week of viewing, rising to 1.9 million Total Viewers (+40%) and to more than 1.1 million Adults 18-49 (+41%).
