"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the Week's No. 2 Syndicated Talker For the 6th Straight Week in Households and Total Viewers

"LIVE" Equals an 8-Month High Among Women 25-54

Season to Date, "LIVE" is Up in Key Women Over the Same Point Last Year to Mark the Show's Best Numbers in 5 Years

Based on National ratings for the week of October 22, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show for the week in both Households (2.5 rating) and Total Viewers (3.245 million) for the 6th week in a row, topping "Ellen" (2.4 rating and 3.237 million) on each week in both Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE" equaled its highest rating in 8 months among Women 25-54 - since the week of 2/27/12.

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 20% in Women 18-49 and by 7% in Women 25-54, marking its biggest numbers through this point in any season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" becomes even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include some of the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November. "LIVE" is the only returning syndicated talk show to deliver year-over-year gains in both key Women demos.
