"LIVE" Builds Week to Week Among Households and Total Viewers

Season to Date, "LIVE" Delivers its Best Numbers in 5 Years with Key Women

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the final week of November (w/o 11/26/12), "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.6 rating - tied with "Ellen").

· "LIVE" was up week to week by 4% in Homes (2.6 vs. 2.5) and by 3% in Total Viewers (3.401 million vs. 3.296 million).

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up through the same weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago delivery in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years across all key Women demos - since the 2007-08 season. In fact, "LIVE" delivers the largest growth of any syndicated talk show this season among Women 18-34. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" becomes even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.
