Based on National ratings for the week of January 21, 2013, "Katie" was the No. 1 new syndicated talk show for the 20th week running (on each week since its debut), outdelivering its nearest competition, "Steve Harvey," by wide margins in Households (+38% - 2.2 rating vs. 1.6 rating) and Total Viewers (+33% - 2.915 million vs. 2.186 million).

· Surging by double-digit percentages week to week in Households (+16%), Total Viewers (+14%) and Women 25-54 (+22%), "Katie" marked its best week ever.

· On Thursday, January 24, 2013, featuring the exclusive first on-camera interview with Manti Te'o and his parents, "Katie" generated its biggest-ever telecast across all key measures, drawing an average audience of 3.790 million viewers. In fact, the show surpassed its previous highs by 22% in Homes (2.8 rating vs. 2.3 rating) and by 24% in Total Viewers (3.790 million vs. 3.060 million).

· Of 18 total syndicated talk shows on the market this season, newcomer "Katie" stands among the top-tier across all key measures: Households (No. 6 - 1.9 rating), Total Viewers (No. 6 - 2.520 million) and Women 25-54 (No. 6 - 1.0 rating). Overall, "Katie" is TV's top freshman syndicated talker in 3 years - since "Dr. Oz" in 2009.

"Katie" is executive-produced by Katie Couric and Michael Morrison and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Co-executive producers are Kathy Samuels, Michael Bass, Matt Strauss and Ethan Nelson and the program is directed by Joseph Terry.
