FOX RANKS #1 FOR THE WEEK IN ADULTS 18-49, ADULTS 18-34 AND TEENS

"THE FOLLOWING" and "BONES" Season Finales Deliver Network's Highest-Rated Monday in Eight Weeks

"AMERICAN IDOL" Wins 16th Consecutive Wednesday Among Adults 18-49

As the networks head into the final May stretch of the 2012-13 broadcast season, FOX delivered another strong week at the top led by AMERICAN IDOL, GLEE, NASCAR and the season finales of BONES and THE FOLLOWING. THE FOLLOWING ended its first season as the highest-rated drama of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and once again outperformed NBC's Revolution - one step closer to claiming #1 spot among new series this season.

For the week, FOX had:

· 5 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL-Wed (No. 8), THE FOLLOWING (No. 9), AMERICAN IDOL- Thu (No. 11), AMERICAN DAD (No. 19) and FAMILY GUY (No. 20).

· 9 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FAMILY GUY (No. 5), AMERICAN DAD (No. 6), NEW GIRL (No. 9), AMERICAN IDOL-Wed (No. 10), THE FOLLOWING (No. 11), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 14), THE SIMPSONS (No. 16 tie), AMERICAN IDOL-Thu (No. 16 tie) and GLEE (No. 19).

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: FAMILY GUY (No. 4), AMERICAN DAD (No. 6), BOB'S BURGERS (No. 9), THE SIMPSONS (No. 10 tie), AMERICAN IDOL-Wed (No. 10 tie), GLEE (No. 13) and AMERICAN IDOL-Thu (No. 18).

FOX ranked No. 2 on Monday night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. The BONES and THE FOLLOWING season finales gave FOX its highest rated Monday in eight weeks among Adults 18-49 (since 3/4/13, 2.5/7). THE FOLLOWING was the highest rated drama of the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, followed by BONES.

In the 8p hour, the BONES season finale (2.1/6) was up +5% from the prior week in Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.0/6) and +11% versus last year's season finale (1.9/6). This was the highest rated telecast for BONES in six weeks (since 3/18/13).

For its season finale, THE FOLLOWING (2.7/7) was up +13% from the previous week in Adults 18-49 (vs. 2.4/6). This marks THE FOLLOWING's highest rated telecast in seven weeks among Adults 18-49 (since 3/11/13). It ranked No. 2 in its time period among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens (tie) and all key men demos. THE FOLLOWING outperformed NBC's Revolution by +50% in Adults 18-49 (vs. 1.8/5).

TUESDAY

8:00-9:00 HELL'S KITCHEN: (A18-49: 2.0/7, 4.8 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-9:30 NEW GIRL: (A18-49: 2.0/6, 3.6 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX ranked No. 2 on Tuesday night with Adults 18-34.

HELL'S KITCHEN delivered a 2.0/7 in Adults 18-49.

NEW GIRL (2.0/6) ranked as the No. 2 program of the night among Adults 18-34.

At 9:30pm, THE MINDY PROJECT closed the night with a 1.3/3 in Adults 18-49.

WEDNESDAY

8:00-10:01 AMERICAN IDOL: (A18 49: 2.9/9, 11.3 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Wednesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens, Total Viewers and key demos. FOX outperformed the No. 2 network of the night by +32% among Adults 18-49 (2.9/9 vs. 2.2/7 for CBS) and +31% in Adults 18-34 (2.1/7 vs. 1.6/5 for ABC). This marked FOX's 16th straight Wednesday ranking No. 1 among Adults 18-49.

AMERICAN IDOL posted a 2.9/9 in Adults 18-49. AMERICAN IDOL ranked as the No. 1 program of the night among Total Viewers.

THURSDAY

8:00-9:00 AMERICAN IDOL: (A18 49: 2.6/9, 11.3 Mil Total Viewers)

9:00-10:00 GLEE: (A18 49: 1.9/5, 5.2 Mil Total Viewers)

On Thursday, FOX ranked third for the night among Adults 18-49, and was No. 1 among Adults 18-34 (tie) and Teens.

AMERICAN IDOL posted a 2.6/9 among Adults 18-49 at 8pm. GLEE followed with a 1.9/5 in Adults 18-49, increasing +6% from the previous week (1.8/5). GLEE ranked No. 1 in its hour among Teens.
