WHOSE LINE Gives The CW Best Time Period Numbers in Nearly Five Years
July 17, 2013 (Burbank, CA) - WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? returned to the airwaves big last night, with The CW's best performance in its time period (Tuesday, 8-9 p.m.) in total viewers (2.9 million) since November 2008, and the best adult 18-34 (1.2/4) and adult 18-49 ratings (1.1/4) since February 2011, according to preliminary Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Tuesday, July 16, 2013. It also delivered the network's best ratings in the time period among men 18-34 (1.2/5) and men 18-49 (1.0/4) since March 2009.
WHOSE LINE was #2 in the 8-9 p.m. hour among adults 18-34, behind only the MLB All-Star Game on Fox.
WHOSE LINE delivered The CW's best series premiere ratings in adults 18-34 since September 2011 and was the network's second most watched series premiere since Sept. 2011, behind only ARROW. It was also The CW's best unscripted series premiere among adults 18-34 since January 2009, and the network's most watched unscripted series premiere since March 2007.
