DISCOVERY CHANNEL'S FIRST EVER MINI-SERIES "KLONDIKE" DELIVERED 3.4 MILLION VIEWERS ON MONDAY

KLONDIKE Drives Discovery to Most Watched Monday Prime Time in Network History

KLONDIKE, Discovery Channel's first ever mini-series that tells the powerful story of the last great Gold Rush in our history, delivered 2.49 HH / 1.67 P25-54 / 2.28 M25-54 AA% with 3.403 million Total Viewers P2+ on Monday, Jan 20.

KLONDIKE helped push Discovery Channel to its most watched Monday Prime Time in Total Viewers P2+, ever, breaking all previous Monday Prime records with 3.434 million P2+ delivery. Additionally, KLONDIKE helped lead Discovery to deliver its most watched Monday Prime Time ever among Men (2.23 M18+), and its highest rated Monday night in over a decade among Persons 25-54 (1.80 P25-54).

Featuring an all-star cast including Richard Madden (Game of Thrones, A Promise), Abbie Cornish (RoboCop, Limitless), Tim Roth (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs) and Sam Shepard (August: Osage County, Out Of The Furnace), part one of KLONDIKE repeats at 7PM on Tuesday, Jan 21 followed by the premiere of part two at 9PM. The third and final installment of the mini-series premieres on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 9PM.

KLONDIKE is a co-production between Discovery, independent studio Entertainment One (eOne), and Nomadic Pictures, in association with Scott Free Productions. International distribution is handled by eOne Television. Paul Scheuring ("Prison Break," "A Man Apart") is the primary writer and also serves as Executive Producer, along with Ridley Scott and David W. Zucker; as well as John Morayniss and Michael Rosenberg for eOne; Mike Frislev and Chad Oakes serve as co-producers for Nomadic. Josh Goldin & Rachel Abramowitz wrote episodes as Consulting Producers. Eileen O'Neill and Dolores Gavin serve as Executive Producers for Discovery.
