FOX Ranks No. 2 for the Week Among Adults 18-34 and No. 4 Among Adults 18-49
FOX spins the numbers for the week of March 24-30.

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 24 - MARCH 30, 2014

Strong performances by AMERICAN IDOL XIII, COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY, HELL'S KITCHEN, the season finale of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE and the premiere of SURVIVING JACK, led FOX to rank No. 2 for the week among Adults 18-34 and No. 4 among Adults 18-49.

Overall, FOX had:

· 2 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 18) and FAMILY GUY (No. 19).

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FAMILY GUY (No. 9), THE SIMPSONS (No. 12) and COSMOS (No. 18).

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 5), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 8), FAMILY GUY (No. 13), and THE SIMPSONS (No. 20).

· 1 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 15).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: BONES (1.4/4) was flat with its prior telecast. At 9PM, THE FOLLOWING posted a 1.4/4. FOX ranked No. 4 in Monday prime among Adults 18-49 (1.4/4).

Tuesday: The season finale of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (1.3/4) was up +18% week to week (vs. 1.1/3), increasing one-tenth versus its prior season average for originals since moving to 9:30p (1.2/3). Season to date, BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (2.3/6 MC) is the No. 6 (tie-Super Fun Night) new broadcast comedy excluding cancelations and ranks No. 14 overall among this season's broadcast comedies. GLEE (1.1/3) was flat to previous week's 100th episode while NEW GIRL delivered a 1.2/4. FOX ranked No. 4 in prime among Adults 18-49 (1.2/4), gaining two-tenths from previous Tuesday (vs. 1.0/3).

Wednesday: FOX (2.2/7) was the top broadcast prime network for the night among Adults 18-49. With the Top 9 performing, AMERICAN IDOL-WED (2.2/7) was even with previous week (2.2/7).

Thursday: FOX (1.7/5) ranked as the No. 3 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49 with HELL'S KITCHEN (1.9/6), AMERICAN IDOL - THURS (1.9/5), and the debut of SURVIVING JACK (1.3/4). Week three of HELL'S KITCHEN (1.9/6) was up one-tenth week to week and within one-tenth of its season premiere two weeks prior. Moving to a half-hour format, AMERICAN IDOL - THURS averaged a 1.9/5 while the debut of SURVIVING JACK posted a 1.3/4.

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 (tie-CW) in prime (0.4/1). RAKE scored a 0.4/1 while the season finale of ENLISTED delivered a 0.4/1. RAISING HOPE (0.5/2) gained one-tenth from previous week.

Saturday: FOX ranked No. 6 in Saturday prime (0.3/1), with encores of ALMOST HUMAN (0.4/1) and THE FOLLOWING (0.3/1).

Sunday: FOX was the No. 3 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49 with animated comedies from 7-9p and COSMOS (1.5/4). With latest U.S. Live+7 encore data updated, current global reach for the debut of COSMOS is 37.2 Mil and counting. At 7p, BOB'S BURGERS delivered a 1.0/3 while FAMILY GUY averaged a 2.1/6 at 8:30p. AMERICAN DAD (1.4/4) and THE SIMPSONS (1.9/5) remained flat week-to-week.
