"HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER" CONCLUDES ITS NINE-YEAR RUN WITH SERIES HIGHS IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 18-34

The Premiere of "Friends with Better Lives" Scores with Younger Viewers

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER ended its nine-year run with series-high deliveries in viewers, adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and matching its best adults 25-54 rating, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, March 31.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (8:00-9:00 PM) series finale delivered series highs in viewers (12.94m), adults 18-49 (5.3/16), adults 18-34 (5.8/20) and matched its best adults 25-54 rating (5.4/14), If the ratings hold, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER posted the night's top deliveries in adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. Note: HIMYM ran until 9:01 PM.

At 9:00 PM, the series premiere of FRIENDS WITH BETTER LIVES averaged 7.99 million viewers, 2.7/07 in adults 18-49, 2.5/08 in adults 18-34 and 3.2/08 in adults 25-54. Compared to MIKE & MOLLY last week, FRIENDS WITH BETTER LIVES was up +35% in adults 18-49, +127% in adults 18-34 and +7% in adults 25-54. FRIENDS WITH BETTER LIVES posted the time period's best delivery in adults 18-34 this season.

At 9:30 PM, MOM averaged 7.24 million viewers, 2.2/06 in adults 18-49 and 3.0/07 in adults 25-54. Compared to last week, MOM was up +7% in adults 25-54 (from 2.8/06) and +16% in adults 18-49 (from 1.9/05).

At 10:00 PM, INTELLIGENCE's season finale averaged 5.55 million viewers, 1.2/04 in adults 18-49 and 1.8/04 in adults 25-54. Compared to last week, INTELLIGENCE was up +9% in adults 18-49 (from 1.1/03), +13% in adults 25-54 (from 1.6/04) and added +560,000 viewers (from 4.99m, +11%).

For the night, CBS (8.70m) was first in adults 18-34 (2.8/09) and was second in adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and adults 18-49 (3.0/08).
