ABC Is #1 on Friday for the 2nd Week in a Row with "Shark Tank" as the Top-Rated TV Show

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 5.6 million and 1.5/5 in AD18-49): ABC ranked #1 on Friday for the 2nd week in a row among Adults 18-49 (1.3/5-tie), holding the top position on the night for the 6th time in 7 weeks. Please Note: Overall TV Usage levels on the night were down -4% week to week in Adults 18-49 (27.9% vs. 29.0%)

· The second night of a 2-night Shark Tank event was the #1 TV program on Friday in Adults 18-49. In fact, Shark Tank has now ranked as Friday's #1 TV series on 22 of 23 original telecasts this season in the key young adult sales demo.

· ABC's 20/20 was the night's #1 news program, outdelivering NBC's News Special (8-9pm) by wide margins in Total Viewers and key Adults (AD18-49/AD25-54).

Last Man Standing (8-8:30pm - 5.6 million and 1.1/5 in AD18-49): At 8pm, ABC's Last Man Standing took second in its half-hour among Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.

The Neighbors (8:30-9pm - 3.9 million and 0.8/3 in AD18-49): In the 8:30pm half-hour, ABC's season finale of The Neighbors held even week to week in Total Viewers and paced within 1-tenth of its week-ago Fast Affiliate Adult 18-49 rating.

Shark Tank (9-10pm - 6.5 million and 1.6/6 in AD18-49): Doubling its lead-in at 9pm in Adults 18-49 (+100%), ABC's Shark Tank dominated its hour over all-original competition, beating CBS' Hawaii Five-0 by 23% (1.3/4), NBC's Grimm by 33% (1.2/4) and Fox's Kitchen Nightmares by 45% (1.1/4). On average, Shark Tank is up by double digits in Total Viewers (+14%) and Adults 18-49 (+10%) over the same point last year, trending as the series' strongest season ever.

20/20 (10-11pm - 5.7 million and 1.4/5 in AD18-49): During the 10pm hour, ABC's 20/20 ran in a virtual tie for #1 in Adults 18-49 with CBS' Blue Bloods (1.4/5 vs. 1.5/5), while beating NBC's Hannibal by 75% (0.8/3). Growing season to date in Total Viewers (+21%) and Adults 25-54 (+5%), 20/20 is on track to deliver its most-watched season in 4 years - since the 2009-10 season.
