ABC Is #1 for the 5th Straight Week, Wins May for the 1st Time in 14 Years and Catches NBC for the Season in Non-Sports Adults 18-49

No. 1 on Each of the Final 5 Weeks of the Season: ABC won the final complete week of the 2013-14 season (w/o 5/12/14) by 20% in Adults 18-49 over runner-up CBS (1.8/6 vs. 1.5/5), finishing No. 1 for the 5th week in a row and continuing its longest winning streak in 7-1/2 years - since a six-week stretch at the start of the 2006-07 season. The Net grew week to week in Total Viewers (+14%) and was up for the 3rd straight week in Adults 18-49 (+6%), delivering its most-watched non-Oscar week since November and earning a 9-week high in young adults - since w/o 11/18/13 and 3/10/14, respectively.

Wins May Sweep for 1st time Since 2000: With just three nights left to count (25 of 28 nights - through Sunday), ABC leads the 2014 May Sweep in Adults 18-49 by 7% over runner-up CBS and is on track for its first May Sweep victory in 14 years among Adults 18-49 - since 2000.

Catches NBC for the Season in the Non-Sports Adult 18-49 Averages: Based on non-sports programming (to account for the inflated averages from sports/Olympics coverage), ABC finished No. 2 for the season in Adults 18-49 (2.2/6 tied w/ NBC in rating), beating Fox by 10% (2.0/6) and pacing just 1-tenth out of a tie for first place with CBS (2.3/7). The Net held the No. 1 non-sports position this season with Adults 18-34 (tie), Women 18-34 and Women 18-49 (tie).

Season's Highest-Rated TV Series: ABC aired 7 of the Top 20 entertainment series on broadcast TV this season with Adults 18-49 (more than any other net), delivering 5 of the Top 10 and the No. 1 drama with "Grey's Anatomy:" "Modern Family" - No. 3, "Grey's" - No. 4 (No. 1 drama), "Scandal" - No. 7, "Resurrection" - No. 9, "Once Upon a Time" - No. 10, while "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and "The Bachelor" tied at No. 16.

With just two nights left to count heading into tonight's season finale of "Dancing" and the closers for its Wednesday comedies, ABC ranks No. 1 for the 2014 May Sweep in Adults 18-49 (1.7/5), leading CBS by 13% (1.5/5), NBC by 21% (1.4/4) and Fox by 31% (1.3/4). ABC also leads the month in Adults 18-34 and across all key Women (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54), while standing as the top-rated broadcaster with Teens 12-17.

· First May Sweep Adult 18-49 Win in 14 Years and Longest Winning Streak in 7-1/2 Years: The Net is on track for its first May Sweep victory in 14 years among Adults 18-49 - since 2000. In fact, ABC has been building competitive momentum since the Winter Olympics concluded in February and has now finished No. 1 in Adults 18-49 for each of the last 5 Nielsen weeks to mark its longest winning streak in 7-1/2 years - since Fall 2006.

· ABC Wins Each Friday and Sunday of the May Sweep in Adults 18-49 - Top Friday in 7 Years: ABC took first place on each Friday during the May Sweep in Adults 18-49, building year over year by 14% to its highest number on the night in 7 years - since May 2007. ABC's "Shark Tank" and "20/20" stood as Friday's Top 2 TV shows of the May Sweep. In addition, ABC won all 4 Sundays in Adults 18-49, growing 5% year to year. The Net delivered Sunday's No. 1 broadcast series in May with "Once Upon a Time."

· Highest-Rated Series of the Month: ABC claims 7 of the Top 20 broadcast series during May in Adults 18-49, placing 3 of the Top 10: "Modern Family" - No. 2, "Grey's Anatomy" - No. 6, "DWTS" - No. 10, "Once Upon a Time" - No. 12, while "S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Resurrection" and "Bachelorette" tie at No. 17.
