During the week of May 12, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the prior week by 4% in Households (2.8 rating vs. 2.7 rating) and by 7% in Total Viewers (3.774 million vs. 3.520 million) and was up for the 2nd week in a row in Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating). In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier talk show to grow week to week in Households.

For the 2nd straight week, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households and Total Viewers, improving its advantages over "Ellen" to 8% in Homes (2.8 rating vs. 2.6 rating) and 7% in Viewers (3.774 million vs. 3.526 million). In fact, despite its early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels, "LIVE" topped "Ellen" for the 10th time in the last 11 weeks in both Nielsen measures.

On average for the 2013-14 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talker in Households (2.9 rating) and Total Viewers (3.881 million), leading "Ellen" (2.8 rating and 3.794 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· Posting double-digit gains, "LIVE" was up over the year-ago week for the 21st straight week in Households (+17%) and for the 27th consecutive week in Total Viewers (+19%).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" matches its top Household rating and is generating its biggest overall audience 37 weeks into a TV season in 7 years and is posting its strongest 37-week average in Women 25-54 in 6 years - since the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, respectively. Up over the comparable weeks last season in Households (+12% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.6 rating), Total Viewers (+13% - 3.865 million vs. 3.416 million) and (+7% - 1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating), the year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the high-rated first weeks of Kelly and Michael as a new team.
