FYI(TM) REBRAND POSTS IMMEDIATE GROWTH

First FYI Original Series "Married at First Sight" Sees Double-Digit Increases Across all Key Demos

NEW YORK, July 9, 2014 - BIO officially rebranded to FYI last night with the 9:00pm debut of the new original series "Married at First Sight," posting double-digit growth across all key demographics. The 90-minute series premiere averaged 270,000 total viewers, a 64% jump compared to BIO's primetime average, 149,000 adults 18-49 viewers (+122%) and 123,000 adults 25-54 viewers (+56%), according to Nielsen Research. The program also logged in substantial growth half-hour to half-hour, including a +69% jump among both total viewers and adults 18-49, as well as +63% among adults 25-54.

"Viewers have certainly embraced FYI's buzzy first original series, 'Married at First Sight.' We have many more exciting new shows to come, focusing on embracing personal creativity and improvised living for an upscale audience with a modern sensibility," said Jana Bennett, President of FYI & LMN. "The immediate impact of the rebrand to FYI is an extremely rewarding first step in evolving and maturing BIO in a rapidly changing landscape."

Based on the hit Danish format, "Married at First Sight" is a provocative extreme social experiment following six brave souls who are yearning for a life-long partnership as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married the moment they first meet. Produced for FYI by Kinetic Content. Chris Coelen and Sam Dean are Executive Producers for Kinetic Content. Executive producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy and Liz Fine.

In addition to "Married at First Sight," FYI will premiere five other series this month, beginning tonight with "Rowhouse Showdown" at 9:00pm ET and "Tiny House Nation" at 10:00pm ET.

"Rowhouse Showdown" features renovation expert, Carter Oosterhouse, leading three teams as they battle it out to transform dilapidated homes in Cincinnati, Ohio. Taking on the rundown houses in a distressed neighborhood, the teams will renovate one home each - while also living together - in a bid to raise the property value of the community surrounding them. The team that increases the appeal of their home to the max goes home with the grand prize of $50,000 and their home renovation will be featured on Dwell magazine's website. Designer, Kathy Kuo, and Cincinnati-based house flipper, Jim Bronzie, judge the team's renovations. Dwell's Editor in Chief, Amanda Dameron, guest judges the series finale. Carter Oosterhouse hosts. Produced for FYI by Jane Street Entertainment. Donna MacLetchie and Linda Lea are Executive Producers for Jane Street Entertainment. Executive Producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy, James Bolosh and Toby Faulkner.

In "Tiny House Nation," renovation experts and hosts, John Weisbarth and Zack Giffin, travel across America to show off ingenious small spaces and the inventive people who live in them, as well as help new families design and construct their own mini-dream home in a space no larger than 300 square feet. From a micro-apartment in New York City to a caboose car turned home in Montana to a micro-sized mobile home for road tripping - this is a series that celebrates the exploding movement of tiny homes. From pricey to budget friendly, "Tiny House Nation" is not a typical design show, but one that proves size doesn't always matter - it's creativity that counts. Produced for FYI by Loud TV. Brent Montgomery, Nick Rigg and Shawn Witt are Executive Producers for Loud TV. Executive Producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy, James Bolosh and Toby Faulkner.

On Thursday, July 10 at 10:00pm ET, FYI will premiere "World Food Championships." Hosted in Las Vegas, The World Food Championships is one of the most ambitious and authentic food competitions held annually. This series follows talented home cooks and professional chefs from across America as they compete to create dishes mouth-wateringly creative enough to win their food category. From BBQ, to bacon to family recipes - there is a winner for each competition, culminating in a grand finale with a shot at winning a $50,000 prize. Co-hosted by Jeffrey Saad, chef, author and LA-based restaurant owner; and Dallas-based chef, Tiffany Derry. Produced for FYI by Sharp Entertainment. Dan Adler, Jennifer O'Connell, Larry Hochberg and Matt Sharp are Executive Producers for Sharp Entertainment. Executive Producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy and Toby Faulkner.

Next Tuesday, July 15, at 10:00pm ET will see the debut of "B.O.R.N. to Style," a makeover series centered on a "fierce" team from New York, and their larger than life boss, Jonathan Bodrick. Springing from the Harlem-based eclectic boutique, B.O.R.N. (borrowed, old, refurbished and new), the style superheroes land at the door of those desperately in need of some "color in their lives." By rifling through their client's belongings and asking blunt questions, the team at B.O.R.N. gets to the root of their fashion malaise, before whisking them away for a transformation that goes beyond just their look. In each episode, viewers will see them offer up their own brand of therapy and inspiration to clients as they transform them into their best possible selves. Produced for FYI by Left/Right. Ken Druckerman, Banks Tarver, Tracey Kemble, Dean Slotar and Anneka Jones are Executive Producers for Left/Right. Co-Executive Producers are David Bodrick and Mary Robertson. Executive Producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy, Liz Fine and Lauren Wohl.

"Epic Meal Empire" is ready to serve on Saturday, July 26, at 10:00pm ET. With more than 600 million views in weekly webisodes and over 6 million YouTube subscribers to date, Harley Morenstein, aka the "Sauce Boss," and his kitchen crew are ready for primetime television. From whiskey-laced, burger-stuffed lasagnas to donut casseroles to Jack & Coke cupcakes - The Epic Meal Time team delivers recipes that are visually mind-blowing spins on food preparation and presentation. This new FYI series will follow the ingenious group as they invent spectacular new dishes, on a whole new "epic" level. Produced for FYI by Collective Digital Studio and NextTime Productions. Gary Binkow and Greg Heller are Executive Producers for Collective Digital Studio. Executive Producers for NextTime Productions are Harley Morenstein and Darren Morenstein. Gena McCarthy, Liz Fine and Audra Smith are Executive Producers for FYI.
