4.5 MILLION VIEWERS TURN TO WE tv ON NIGHT OF "BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES" AND "SWV REUNITED" PREMIERES

The Return of Two Signature WE tv Series, Two Catch-Up Specials And A WE tv Innovation Deliver Strong Night For Network

NEW YORK, NY, AUGUST 20, 2014 - WE tv hosted an evening of two season premieres and three related originals on Thursday night (Aug. 14), from 8 pm to 12:30 am ET/PT, which delivered a combined audience of 4.5 million viewers to the network.

The night featured the fourth season premiere of the network's top-rated show, Braxton Family Values, the second season premiere of newcomer and fan-favorite, SWV Reunited, two catch-up specials bridging the stories for each show from last season and the launch of a new SWV Reunited companion show, WatchIt With SWV. "WatchIt With" is an innovative and exciting WE tv show concept that allows viewers to experience the first-time reactions of a show's stars immediately following a new episode. WE tv viewers were first introduced to the "WatchIt With" concept earlier this year during the third season of Mary Mary.

"This impressive night of viewership exemplifies the strength and popularity of our originals," said Marc Juris, WE tv's president. "By tapping into the excitement audiences feel for Braxton Family Values and SWV Reunited we have built new 'Catch Up' and 'WatchIt With' franchises around these returning shows that deepen and extend viewer engagement and loyalty. We're thrilled with the results!"

The night's robust audience also boosted the network to rank #1 in prime time among all cable networks with African American audiences across adults 18-49 and the key women demos (18-49 and 25-54). Additionally, Braxton Family Values ranked as the night's #1 most social conversation on Twitter among all cable reality programming.

The night's debuts performed as follows (among P2+ delivery):

· SWV Reunited: Catch Up With special (8-8:30 pm): 606,000

· Braxton Family Values: Catch Up With special (8:30-9 pm): 786,000

· Braxton Family Values season 4 premiere (9-10 pm): over 1.5 million; up +16% over season 3 premiere

· SWV Reunited season 2 premiere (10-11 pm): over 1 million

· WatchIt With SWV (11 pm - 12:30 am): 502,000
