Friday Night (10/3/14) - ABC Total Viewer and Adult 18-49 Projections

LMS: Live + 3 = 8.1 million/1.4 rating and Live + 7 = 8.4 million/1.5 rating

Shark Tank: Live + 3 = 9.1 million/2.2 rating and Live + 7 = 9.5 million/2.3 rating

20/20: Live + 3 = 5.1 million/1.3 rating and Live + 7 = 5.2 million/1.3 rating

ABC Friday Prime (8-11pm - 6.2 million and 1.4/4 in AD18-49): ABC won its 2nd straight Friday this season in Adults 18-49, leading runner-up CBS' by 17% (1.4/5 vs. 1.2/5). Also for the 2nd week running, ABC's Shark Tank was Friday's #1 TV show in the key young adult sales demo. 20/20 once again ranked the night's #1 newsmagazine, beating NBC's Dateline for the (9-11pm) by 9% in Adults 18-49 and by 13% in Adults 25-54.

Please Note: Last week, ABC's Friday night programs went up by 1-tenth each in Adults 18-49 from the preliminary Fast Affiliate ratings to the Nationals. And generally this season, ABC's series have been adjusting up between 1-3 tenths in the National L+SD ratings.

Last Man Standing (8-9pm - 6.6 million and 1.2/5 in AD18-49)

At 8pm, the 1-hour season opener of Last Man Standing was the most-watched TV show overall in its slot (6.6 million) and also ranked #1 among Adults 18-49 (1.2/5 - tie). LMS was up from its April season finale by 8% in viewers (6.6 million vs. 6.1 million on 4/25/14), marking its most-watched telecast since January - since 1/31/14.

Shark Tank (8-10pm - 7.1 million and 1.8/6 in AD18-49)

From 9-10pm, ABC's Shark Tank dominated its 2-hour time period in Adults 18-49 by 38% over its nearest competition (CBS' Hawaii Five-0 = 1.3/5). The show held steady with its week-ago 2-hour season premiere Fast Affiliate numbers of 7.1 million and a 1.8 rating.

20/20 (10-11pm - 4.7 million and 1.2/4 in AD18-49) ABC's 20/20 ranked #1 the 10 o'clock hour among Adults 18-49 (1.2/4-tie).
