"NCIS" Surpasses "Sunday Night Football" as the Most-Watched Broadcast in Week Three with Live +7-Day Lift

"NCIS" SURPASSES "SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL" AS THE MOST-WATCHED BROADCAST IN WEEK THREE WITH LIVE +7-DAY LIFT

"The Big Bang Theory" and "NCIS: New Orleans" Also Leap Ahead of Sunday Football

"The Big Bang Theory" is the #1 Broadcast in Adults 18-49

NCIS moved ahead of "Sunday Night Football" as the week's #1 broadcast, according to Nielsen Live +7-day ratings for Week 3, Oct. 6-12.

With Live +7-day ratings, NCIS gained +4.31m, up +25% to 21.61m from its live plus same day average of 17.30m, overtaking "Sunday Night Football's" 18.18m. THE BIG BANG THEORY (20.85m, up +4.91m, +31% from 15.94m) and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (18.51m, up +3.10m, +20% from 15.41m) also surpassed "Sunday Night Football."

Among adults 18-49, THE BIG BANG THEORY was the week's #1 broadcast with a 6.8 rating, up +2.2 rating points, +48% from its live plus same day average of 4.6.

CBS had five other series with a viewer lift over three millions viewers: SCORPION (+4.49m), PERSON OF INTEREST (+4.12m), CRIMINAL MINDS (+4.02m), NCIS: LOS ANGELES (+3.54m) and BLUE BLOODS (+3.14m).
