"LIVE" is Up Year Over Year in Each Week of the Season in Homes and Viewers to Post its Strongest 12-Week Start in 7 Years

During the week of November 17, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held steady at a 3.1 rating in Homes for the 4th consecutive week, grew week to week by 5% in Total Viewers (4.239 million vs. 4.056 million) and was up for the 2nd straight week in Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to deliver its best performances in more than 8 months in all three Nielsen measures - since the week of 3/3/14.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show for the 10th week running in Households (3.1 rating) and Total Viewers (4.239 million), beating "Ellen" (2.9 rating and 4.046 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· For the 3rd week in a row, "LIVE" scored at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.2 rating, Tuesday - 3.2 rating, Wednesday - 3.0 rating, Thursday - 3.0 rating, Friday - 3.1 rating. In fact, on Monday (11/17/14), "LIVE" delivered its 2nd-best performance so far this season in Homes (3.2 rating-tie), Total Viewers (4.374 million) and Women 25-54 (1.8 rating), behind only the show's Halloween broadcast.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" has grown over the year-ago week (2.8 rating and 3.737 million on w/o 11/18/13) in all 12 weeks of its season in Households (+11%) and Total Viewers (+13%). In fact, "LIVE" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to its strongest 12-week average in 7 years in both Homes (+7% - 2.9 rating) and Viewers (+7% - 3.854 million) - since the 2007-08 season.
