ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE Grabs 4.8 Million Viewers

GOLD RUSH #1 Among Women in its Time Slot, and ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE #1 Among Women on All of Cable

Discovery Channel's GOLD RUSH was the #1 program in ALL OF TELEVISION among M25-54, M18-49 and M18-34 delivery for the fourth consecutive week, no exclusions on Friday, January 23, based upon Nielsen's Live +3. ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE scored a series-high of 2.54 P25-54 AA% and 4.826 million total viewers P2+. Discovery Channel was the #1 television network on Friday in Primetime among Men.

GOLD RUSH at 9PM earned a 4.39 HH / 3.23 P25-54 / 4.45 M25-54 / 2.56 P18-49 / 3.43 M18-49 / 1.63 P18-34 / 1.92 M18-34 and delivered an average of 6.019 million Total Viewers P2+. It was the #1 program on Friday in all of television among M25-54, M18-49 and M18-34 delivery and Friday night's #1 program in cable among HH, P25-54, P18-49, P18-34 and total viewers P2+. GOLD RUSH was also #1 among w25-54 during its time period on cable from 9-10PM

ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE at 10PM scored a series-high 2.54 P25-54 AA% and 4.826 million total viewers P2+. It earned a 3.62 HH / 2.54 P25-54 / 3.02 M25-54 / 1.96 P18-49 / 2.36 M18-49 / 1.25 P18-34 / 1.50 M18-34. It was the #2 program on Friday night in all of television among M18-49 and M18-34 delivery, only behind GOLD RUSH. Alaskan Bush People was Friday night's #1 cable program among W25-54 delivery for the first time in series history and was also the #1 program on cable in the 10PM time slot among HH, P25-54, M25-54, W25-54, P18-49, M18-49, W18-49, P18-34, M18-34 and P2+ delivery.
