"Dateline NBC" Hits Three-Week Highs for a Sunday Edition in Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers
NBC spins the numbers for Sunday, May 17.

Sunday Primetime Results:

· "Dateline NBC" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 5.7 million viewers overall from 7-9 p.m. ET) grew by +25% week to week in adults 18-49 (1.0 vs. 0.8 for last week's 8:03-9 p.m. telecast), by +50% in adults 25-54 (1.5 vs. 1.0) and by +52% or 2.0 million persons in total viewers (5.740 million vs. 3.767 million).

· In the time period, "Dateline NBC" ranked #2 among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.

· "Dateline NBC" hit three-week highs for a Sunday edition in adults 18-49 and total viewers (best since April 26, 1.1 in 18-49, 6.1 million viewers overall) and delivered its #2 total-viewer result since Jan. 15 (6.7 million), trailing over that span only the April 26 edition.

· From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Dateline NBC" grew +50% in adults 18-49 (0.8 to 1.2), adults 25-54 (1.2 to 1.8), men 25-54 (1.0 to 1.5) and women 25-54 (1.4 to 2.1.

· "A.D. The Bible Continues" (0.8/2 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET) grew +7% week to week in total viewers (4.846 million vs.4.527 million) and +8% in women 25-54 (1.4 rating vs. 1.3).

· "A.D. The Bible Continues" will add significant viewership via time-shifting -- "A.D. The Bible Continues" has grown by +22% in 18-49 (from a 1.57 rating to a 1.91) and more than 1.3 million viewers overall (7.4 million to 8.7 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· "American Odyssey" (0.4/1 in 18-49, 2.7 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) equaled its week-ago rating in men 18-49 (0.4), adults 18-34 (0.2), adults 25-54 (0.7) and women 25-54 (0.8) and grew +20% or 0.1 of a rating point week to week in men 25-54 (0.6 vs. 0.5).

· "American Odyssey" will add significant viewership via time-shifting -- "American Odyssey" is increasing by +26% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.74 to a 0.93) and more than 1.2 million viewers overall (3.8 million to 5.1 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
