Grey's: L3 = 12.6 million/3.3 rating, L7 = 13.7 million/3.5 rating and MP+35 = 4.6 rating

ABC Thursday Prime (8-11pm - 7.5 million and 2.1/7 in AD18-49): ABC ranked as the #1 broadcaster on Thursday for the 2nd week in a row with Adults 18-49 (2.1/7), tying CBS with NFL preemptions inflating its average (2.1/7 w/the premiere of 2 Broke Girls), while beating NBC by 91% (1.1/4) and Fox by 110% (1.0/3). The Net was the entertainment leader for the 8th-consecutive Thursday this season. A note about DVR penetration: DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample is currently at 48% in U.S. TV Homes.
