Wednesday Primetime Results:

"Christmas in Rockefeller Center" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 8.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Delivered NBC's highest in-season 18-49 rating in the time period, excluding "The Voice," in the past year (since Dec. 3, 2014).

· In total viewers, earned NBC's biggest overall audience in the slot in-season, excluding "The Voice," since Feb. 10 (8.087 million).

· On a night of high-rated cable news coverage of events in San Bernardino, Calif., is up +25 versus NBC's average for the time period last season (1.5 vs. 1.2).

A rebroadcast of the 1967 animated classic "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (1.5/4 in 18-49, 5.6 million viewers overall from 9-9:30 p.m. ET):

· Maintained 100% of its adult 18-49 lead-in (1.5 vs. 1.5) and grew +50% in kids 2-11 (1.2 vs. 0.8).

· While down from the most recent broadcast network run of the classic, which benefited from a high-rated NBA lead-in on Dec. 25, 2014, is up +25% versus the more typical run before that in 18-49 (1.5 vs. 1.2 at 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013) and IS equaling the telecast before that (1.5 vs. 1.5 at 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29, 2013).

An encore telecast of "Saturday Night Live Christmas" (1.4/5 in 18-49, 4.4 million viewers overall from 9:30-11 p.m. ET):

· Equals the most recent "SNL Christmas" encore in adult 18-49 rating (1.4 vs. 1.4 for "SNL Christmas" from 9-11 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, 2014) and retains 74% of the year-ago first-run "SNL Christmas" in adult 18-49 rating (1.4 vs. 1.9 for "SNL Christmas" from 9-11 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014).

· Is up 27% week to week versus last Wednesday's "SNL Thanksgiving" encore (1.4 vs. 1.1 from 9-11 p.m.) and IS up +17% in total viewers (4.401 million vs. 3.759 million).

· For the 10-11 p.m. hour, ranks #1 in men 18-49 and men 25-54 (tie) among ABC, CBS and NBC versus original drama competition on ABC and CBS.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:

· In adult 18-49 rating in the local people meters, Fallon (1.1) topped the combined results of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (0.6) and CBS's rebroadcast "Late Show with Stephen Colbert" (0.3).

· In 18-49 in the local people meters, Meyers' encore (0.6) tied an original Kimmel (0.6), despite his later start time.

· In 18-49, a Carson Daly encore (0.3) topped an original Corden (0.2), despite starting an hour later, and tied a rebroadcast Colbert (0.3) despite starting two hours later.

· Fallon's guests Wednesday night included Adam Driver, Brett Favre and Lenny Clarke.

· Meyers' guests Wednesday included Joel McHale and Sara Bareilles (encore).

· Daly's guests Wednesday night included Chace Crawford and Amy Berg with musical guest Craft Spells (encore).

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.7/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.0/5.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/6; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
