During the week of November 16, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the prior week by 4% in Homes (2.8 rating vs. 2.7 rating) and 8% in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating vs. 1.3 rating) to match its 2nd-best performance this season. "LIVE" was also up week to week in Total Viewers (+2% - 3.671 million vs. 3.593 million) to draw its 2nd-largest audience of the season. In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier syndicated talk show to post week-to-week gains in any of the three key Nielsen measures.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 syndicated talk show for the 10th straight week in Households (2.8 rating), beating "Ellen" by 8% (2.6 rating), while also finishing No. 2 for the week in Total Viewers (3.671 million).

· On Monday (11/16/15), "LIVE" delivered a 3.1 rating in Homes and 4.155 million Total Viewers, standing as the show's 2nd-strongest telecast on any day so far this season, behind only its annual Halloween broadcast (on Friday, 10/30/15).

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE" stands as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.7 rating), Total Viewers (3.639 million) and Women 25-54 (1.4 rating), outperforming "Ellen" (2.4 rating, 3.329 million and 1.3 rating, respectively).
