During the week of December 14, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" grew over the prior week to deliver its 2nd-best performance of the season in Households (+3% - 3.0 rating vs. 2.9 rating) and Women 25-54 (+7% - 1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 1 syndicated talk show in Women 25-54 (1.5 rating), tied with "Dr. Phil," and ran neck-and-neck for No. 1 in Households (3.0 rating vs. 3.1 rating), with just 1-tenth of a rating point separating the two programs. "LIVE" also finished the week as the 2nd-most-watched syndie talker.

· On Friday (12/18/15), "LIVE" scored its 2nd-highest-rated telecast on any day so far this season in Homes (3.1 rating) and Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), behind only its annual Halloween broadcast (on Friday, 10/30/15).

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE" beats "Ellen" by double digits in Households (+12% - 2.8 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and leads by 8% in Total Viewers (3.714 million vs. 3.446 million) to stand as the No. 2 syndicated talk show. "LIVE" also ranks as the season's No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating-tie).
