During the week of January 25, 2016, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show among Women 25-54 (1.6 rating), beating "Dr. Phil" by 7% (1.5 rating) and "Ellen" by 7% (1.5 rating). In addition, "LIVE" came within 1-tenth of a rating point of "Dr. Phil" as the week's No. 1 syndie talker in Households (3.2 rating vs. 3.3 rating) while beating "Ellen" by 19% (2.7 rating).

· "LIVE" held steady week to week in Households (3.2 rating) to match its 2nd-highest-rated week of the season, while growing by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.6 rating vs. 1.5 rating) to hit a 4-week high - since the week of 12/28/15. In fact, "LIVE" was the only top-tier talker to post growth over the prior week in the key Women demo, as "Dr. Phil" was down -6% and "Ellen" was flat.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up over the year-ago week (w/o 1/26/15) in both Homes (+3%) and Women 25-54 (+7%).

· For the 3rd straight week, "LIVE" delivered a 3.0 rating or higher in Households on each day of the week: Monday - 3.4, Tuesday - 3.2, Wednesday - 3.0, Thursday - 3.1, Friday - 3.1.

On average for the 2015-16 season to date, "LIVE" beats "Ellen" by double digits in Households (+16% - 2.9 rating vs. 2.5 rating) and Total Viewers (+11% - 3.908 million vs. 3.514 million) to stand as the No. 2 syndicated talk show. "LIVE" also ranks as the season's No. 2 syndie talker in Women 25-54 (1.4 rating-tie).
