Ratings among viewers P25-54 grew 26% over season three - making Flip or Flop the #1 rated cable program for the Thursday 9P-9:30P time period among viewers P25-54 and upscale W25-54. More than 16 million total viewers tuned in to watch the series in its fourth season. Season five of Flip or Flop premieres Thursday, June 9, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
