NBC's "Sunday Night Football" Topped Primetime's #2 Show Last Night by a 57% Margin
NBC spins the numbers for Sunday, September 18.

Sunday Primetime Ratings (adding two additional points):

The 13.7/23 in metered-market households for NBC's "SNF" topped primetime's #2 show last night by a +57% margin (8.7/14 for "60 Minutes").

Top markets for Packers-Vikings on NBC: Minneapolis 50.4/71; Milwaukee 46.6/65; Denver 19.6/34; New Orleans 18.9/26; Phoenix 17.5/30; Portland 17.4/30; Las Vegas 17.2/27; Albuquerque 16.8/27; Sacramento 16.0/28; and Norfolk 15.8/24.

Regarding this morning's Nielsens, note that the fast-affiliate ratings that came in at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT are not time zone-adjusted and are subject to change for live sports coverage.

In these preliminary results, NBC ranks #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in all key measures - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers -- in the fast-affiliate ratings.

In metered-market results, which are time zone-adjusted, In metered-market results, NBC Sports coverage of the "Sunday Night Football" featuring the Green Bay Packers at the Minnesota Vikings, averaged a 13.7 rating, 22 share in metered-market households from 8:30-11:45 p.m. ET (not including digital data). On a night of Emmy competition from ABC, NBC ranked #1 for the night in metered-market households and adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with Local People Meters.
