Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "This Is Us" Wraps Season on Top

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (3/14/17):

NBC (9.957 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.4, #1) was the top demo draw on Tuesday with a new "The Voice" (11.592 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.5, #2), the season finale of "This Is Us" (12.656 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.3, #1) followed by the premiere of "Trial & Error" (6.407 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.6, #3) and a second "Trial & Error" (4.841 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T9).

CBS (11.510 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then claimed the silver with new episodes of "NCIS" (13.846 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T4), "NCIS: New Orleans" (10.778 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T7) and a second "NCIS: New Orleans" (9.909 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T7).

Next up was ABC (3.692 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3) with originals from "The Middle" (5.889 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T4), "American Housewife" (4.901 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.4, #6), "Fresh Off the Boat" (3.401 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T9), the season finale of "The Real O'Neals" (2.696 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T12) and a new "People Icons" (2.634 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #15).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.003 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4) offered up an original "New Girl" (1.814 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T12), a repeat "The Mick" (1.334 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T16) and a new "Bones" (2.433 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.7, #14).

And finally on The CW (1.857 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T4), fresh installments of "The Flash" (2.372 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.9, #11) and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" (1.343 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T16) closed out the night.

CBS (10.827 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2) then claimed the silver with its trio of "NCIS" (14.754 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.0, #2), "NCIS: New Orleans" (11.850 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.6, #4) and "Limitless" (5.878 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.3/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
