Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC, "Got Talent" Eclipse the Competition

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (7/18/17):

NBC (10.637 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.2, #1) cruised to victory on Tuesday with new episodes of "America's Got Talent" (12.395 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.4, #1) and "World of Dance" (7.120 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.6, #2).

CBS (5.671 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2) then was a distant second with its repeat lineup of "NCIS" (6.405 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3), "Bull" (5.284 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (5.324 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5).

Next up was ABC (1.983 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2) and its mix of "The Middle" (2.880 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T3), "Fresh Off the Boat" (1.974 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5), "Black-ish" (1.769 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T10), another "Black-ish" (1.699 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T10), "American Housewife" (1.808 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5) and another "The Middle" (1.766 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.030 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) opted for repeats of "The Simpsons" (1.287 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T10), "The Mick" (0.963 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T14), "Family Guy" (0.979 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T10) and another "The Mick" (0.890 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T14).

And finally, second runs of "The Flash" (1.146 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T14) and "Hooten & The Lady" (1.070 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T14) rounded out the night on The CW (1.108 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5).
