Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC, "The Voice" Hold Onto Demo Crown

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/4/18):

NBC (5.681 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) held off the demo competition on Tuesday thanks to a new "The Voice" (8.840 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.4, #1) and "A Saturday Night Live Christmas Special" (4.101 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T4).

CBS (9.905 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2) then was a close second with originals from "NCIS" (11.839 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3), "FBI" (9.629 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T4) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (8.246 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T6).

Next up was ABC (4.269 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) with fresh installments from "The Conners" (6.627 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2), "The Kids Are Alright" (4.329 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T6), "Black-ish" (3.544 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T6), "Splitting Up Together" (2.785 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #13) and "The Rookie" (4.165 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T9).
