New Season of Long-Running Mega-Hit Franchise Will Launch this Fall on E!

Los Angeles, CA, July 8, 2019 - E!'s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" concluded its sixteenth season last Sunday earning the series' most-watched episode in nearly three years (9/4/16), according to Nielsen L+3. The season finale episode delivered 2.4 million total viewers, over 1.5 million P18-49, 1.3 million W18-49, 807,000 P18-34 and 678,000 W18-34; up four percent among total viewers, two percent among P18-49 and up seven percent among W18-49 versus the prior week's episode (6/23/19). The episode ranked as the #1 telecast across both broadcast and cable among W18-49, P18-34 and W18-34 on Sunday night.

The season finale also marks the most-streamed episode in network history with 330,115 total views on E!'s digital platforms. Socially, the episode ranked as the #1 cable reality program of the night in primetime, per Nielsen.

Overall, season sixteen averaged 1.9 million total viewers (up seven percent) and 1.2 million P18-49 (up five percent), 930,000 W18-49 (up four percent), 607,000 P18-34 (up five percent), and 494,000 W18-34 (up three percent) versus the previous season average. This season also averaged 19 percent more social interactions versus the previous season, and consistently ranked as the #1 cable reality series on Sunday nights. The series will launch it's 17th season later this fall.
