Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "Pooch Perfect" Tops Demos for ABC

Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (3/30/21):

CBS (4.328 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T1) was the most-watched network on Tuesday despite its all-repeat lineup of "NCIS" (4.842 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3), "FBI" (4.629 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) and "FBI: Most Wanted" (3.512 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9).

ABC (2.491 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T1) shared in the demo honors thanks to the debut of "Pooch Perfect" (3.896 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #1) alongside originals from "Black-ish" (2.414 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3), "Mixed-ish" (1.992 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3) and "Soul of a Nation" (1.374 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9).

Next up was NBC (2.437 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T1) and its mix of "Young Rock" (2.523 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #2), "Kenan" (1.966 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3), a repeat "This Is Us" (1.821 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13) and "New Amsterdam" (3.245 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T3).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.396 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) opted for repeats of "The Resident" (1.360 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "The Masked Singer" (1.431 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9).

And finally, a new "The Flash" (0.933 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13) and the return of "Supergirl" (0.712 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.1, #15) on The CW (0.823 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) rounded out the night.

NBC (3.767 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #2) was the silver draw with repeats of "Ellen's Game of Games" (4.821 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3) and "New Amsterdam" (2.921 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9) plus the "NBC News Special Report: Coronavirus Pandemic" (3.560 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T5).
