Wednesday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC Tops Viewers; Shares Demo Crown with FOX

Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (3/31/21):

NBC (6.811 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1) claimed top honors on Wednesday thanks to its trio of "Chicago Med" (6.976 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4), "Chicago Fire" (7.112 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2) and "Chicago PD" (6.345 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2).

FOX (3.649 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T1) shared the demo crown with fresh installments of "The Masked Singer" (4.793 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) and "Game of Talents" (2.504 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #5).

Next up was ABC (2.410 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #3) and its mix of "The Goldbergs" (3.085 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6), the season finale of "American Housewife" (2.657 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8), "The Conners" (3.144 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T6), "Call Your Mother" (2.205 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10) and the season finale of "The Con" (1.684 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.2, #13).

Meanwhile, CBS (2.291 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) offered up a new "Tough as Nails" (2.996 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8) alongside repeats of "SEAL Team" (2.014 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10) and "S.W.A.T." (1.863 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10).

And finally, the spring finale of "Riverdale" (0.525 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.1, #14) and a new "Nancy Drew" (0.378 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.0, #15) rounded out the night on The CW (0.452 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.1, #5).

CBS (5.661 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2) was a distant second with its mix of "Survivor: Winners at War" (8.150 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.6, #3), "Garth & Trisha: Live!" (5.653 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #6) and a repeat "SWAT" (3.181 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #13).
