February 1, 2023, NEW YORK -- Hallmark Channel rang in the new year with its annual New Year New Movies! programming event, giving fans five all-new, romantic original movies during the month of January. The stunt catapulted the network be #1 most watched across entertainment cable for the entire month in Total Day, Primetime, Weekend Total Day, and Weekend Primetime among key demos.

Notably, the event featured the latest trilogy of The Wedding Veil films. Executive produced and headlined by Lacey Chabert, and co-starring Autumn Reeser, and Alison Sweeney, the three new original movies were the #2 most-watched entertainment cable telecasts in the year to-date among Women 18+.

Further, the New Year New Movies! franchise delivered the #1 most-watched entertainment cable program every Saturday in January among Households, Women 18+, and Total Viewers.

Network and movie highlights include:

· Hallmark Channel registered as #1 most watched on entertainment cable for the entire month of January in Total Day, Primetime, and Weekend Primetime among Households, Women 18+, and Total Viewers and in Weekend Total Day among Households, Women 18+, and Total Viewers, Women 25-54, and Women 18-49

· The second trio of The Wedding Veil installments were the #2 most-watched entertainment cable telecasts in the year to-date among Women 18+
