Season Two of "Home Town Takeover" Delivers Strong Performance for HGTV
The series delivered a standout performance for the network, attracting more than 14 million total viewers since it premiered on Sunday, April 23.

SEASON TWO OF 'HOME TOWN TAKEOVER' DELIVERS STRONG PERFORMANCE FOR HGTV

New York [June 2, 2023] HGTV's popular series, Home Town Takeover starring Ben and Erin Napier (Home Town) and Dave and Jenny Marrs (Fixer to Fabulous), delivered a standout performance for the network, attracting more than 14 million total viewers since it premiered on Sunday, April 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The six-episode sophomore season, which followed the couples as they completed the whole-town renovation of Fort Morgan, Colorado, averaged a .59 live plus three-day rating among Adults 25-54 and a .75 L3 rating among Women 25-54, a respective lift of 16 percent and 15 percent from year-ago levels, with additional double-digit growth of 17 percent among Men 25-54 and 24 percent among Adults 25+. This season of Home Town Takeover also performed well among upscale audiences, averaging a 0.65 L3 rating among upscale Adults 25-54 and a 0.82 L3 rating among upscale Women 25-54. In addition, this season ranked as the #1 non-news/sports cable program across total viewers, in addition to its position as a top 5 non-news/sports cable program among Adults/Men/Women 25-54, Adults/Men/Women 18-49, upscale Adults/Men/Women 25-54, and upscale Adults/Men/Women 18-49.

Content in support of the second season, which featured a mix of original behind-the-scenes features from the set and sneak peeks from the show, delivered more than 3.6 million video views across Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram. It also included this fun visit from Erin & Ben to the world-famous WB backlot that netted more than 400K views on Instagram alone, while the premiere episode delivered more than one million page views on HGTV.com.
