Last night, CBS was the #1 broadcast network with 5.62m viewers, beating the #2 network by +3.3m viewers. CBS was up +3% from its Thursday average this season and up +7% from last week. CBS had the top 4 programs of the night: #1 show of the night GEORGIE & MANDY'S FIRST MARRIAGE, #2 MATLOCK, #3 GHOSTS and #4 ELSBETH.

· GHOSTS (8:30-9:00 PM) was #1 in the hour, averaging 5.49m viewers. The show was up +1%from its STD average and up +3% from last week.

· MATLOCK (9:00-10:00 PM) was #1 in the hour, posting 6.14m viewers. MATLOCK was up +8% from last week and beat NBC, ABC and FOX combined in the hour (vs. 5.41m).

· ELSBETH (10:00-11:00 PM) was #1 in the hour delivering 4.71m viewers, up +8% from its STD average and up +11% from last week.

· Live streaming of all four series was up from last week on Paramount+ and CBS TVE (CBS.com / CBS app).
