DESCRIPTION:
(from Amazon's press release, November 2026) Kaleb Cooper is a country lad at heart: happiest on a tractor and firmly within the familiar confines of Chipping Norton. But there's one thing he wants more than anything: his own farm. With the winter months putting his agricultural dreams on ice, he's hatched a cunning plan - he's off to Australia, where the grass is greener, the sun always shines, and surely nobody has ever complained about the weather. On his first-ever solo trip abroad - and first time on a plane - Kaleb heads Down Under with dreams of striking it rich in Australian farming. But first he'll need to conquer wheat fields the size of small countries, round up wild cattle on horseback, and learn the hard way that crocodiles aren't just oversized farm dogs. Will his gamble pay off, or will it leave him sunburnt, broke, and heading home with diddly squat? |
