DESCRIPTION:
(from Netflix's press release, April 2026) The five-episode miniseries (title TBC) tells the story of “El Ruso,” a tango singer of Jewish heritage who is deceived by a fake talent scout and taken, during World War II, to the heart of Nazi Germany under a false job offer. Far from his homeland, he discovers he has been manipulated and is swept into a series of unexpected events, until he comes to believe that his true destiny is to take on a mission greater than succeeding as a singer: to save the world. |
