In his new series, Sold on the Spot, premiering Saturday, September 20, at 1 p.m. ET/PT, Josh teams up with house hunters to knock on every door in their ideal location and convince one homeowner to sell their house within 24 hours. The series follows Josh and eager home buyers as they scan their favorite neighborhood looking for homes that fit their requirements. The premiere episode highlights couple Phil and Hayley who unexpectedly sold their home and are now on the move to find a new home in their dream neighborhood of Horizon Hills, Calif. After touring three homes, Phil and Hayley must choose a home that includes their wish list - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an updated kitchen - all while fitting within their budget of $600,000.
