FOX kicks off its fall lineup tonight with the return of "Glee" and "Raising Hope" not to mention its new live-action comedy "New Girl." In the series, created by Elizabeth Meriwether, 20-something Jess (played by Zooey Deschanel) has a broken heart and needs a place to live so she does what any young girl would do - she finds new roommates on the internet! Not just any roommates but three single guys (played by Max Greenfield, Jake Johnson and Lamorne Morris), which causes Jess's model/BFF Cece (Hannah Simone) to have more than a few concerns about her well-being.
During last week's FOX Junket at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, our Jim Halterman sat down with the stars of the show to find out more about the new sitcom, how much of Jess is in Zooey and, since singing pops up more than once in the pilot, is everyone on board with making that a regular fixture in the series?
