Tonight at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, the past met the present and the future as the Warner Brothers exhibit "Television: Out of the Box" kicked off with a press event and reception. The interactive, multimedia museum exhibit, which will satisfy any fan of television, features props, costumes, photos, set pieces and video clips from series in the Warner Brother television library and will also remain on display (with new pieces being added) through 2015.
Before tonight's event, familiar faces from past series like "Knots Landing," "Murphy Brown" and "Falcon Crest" joined current television hits like "Southland" and "2 Broke Girls" as well as upcoming projects like TNT's reboot of "Dallas" on the red carpet to celebrate the start of the new exhibit. Our Jim Halterman was there to chat with attendees Patricia Heaton ("The Middle"), Josh Jackson ("Fringe"), Matthew Moy ("2 Broke Girls"), Kevin Dobson ("Knots Landing"), Jeremy Sisto ("Suburgatory"), Ben McKenzie ("Southland") and Brenda Strong ("Dallas").
