As the second season starts tonight, there are changes in store for everyone's favorite "New Girl," Jess, played by Zooey Deschanel. As Deschanel told our Jim Halterman at the recent FOX Fall TV Junket, Jess will be laid off from her teaching job so viewers will see her go through a series of jobs as well as a series of new dates. But what about the will they/won't they relationship with Nick (Jake Johnson)? Deschanel also touched on that during the chat.
"New Girl" airs two new episodes tonight on FOX - one at 8:00/7:00c and another in its regular Tuesday 9:00/8:00c time slot.
