A sweet and innocent girl, Nirma and her seasoned accomplice, con-man - Artist are all set to trick and persuade you into dropping all your plans and sitting back on your couch with your loved ones - as you experience a riot of laughter and entertainment with Netflix's first Indian original film Chopsticks, which is all set to stream your screens on May 31, 2019.
Earlier today, Netflix launched the trailer for Chopsticks, a film which navigates unexpected twists and turns involving a whacky gangster in love with his fighter goat, the fighter goat falling in love with Nirma's new found love - her red car and a seasoned con-man who embarks on his journey towards helping the sweet Nirma to recover her beloved stolen car. Sounds like one crazy ride anyone can hop onto.
The film stars Mithila Palkar, Abhay Deol, Vijay Raaz and the Goat (yep you got that right!).
About Chopsticks
Chopsticks is about an under-confident but talented girl, sidestepped at every stage of her life, who seeks out an enigmatic con to help recover her stolen car from a goat-loving, crazy Mumbai gangster. In the process, she finds her confidence and place in the sun. Along with Mithila Palkar who won hearts in Netflix series Little Things 02, Abhay Deol and Vijay Raaz will act in the film. Chopsticks is produced by Ashvini Yardi of Viniyard Productions and written and directed by Sachin Yardi.
