Revenge Unleashed: 'Mercy For None' Trailer Reveals a Cold-Blooded Pursuit for Justice

What would drive a man to return to a life he left behind? The trailer for the noir action series Mercy For None has been unveiled, revealing the brutal path Nam Ki-jun (SO JI-SUB) must take to avenge the death of his younger brother, Nam Ki-seok (Lee Jun-hyuk). Once severing his own Achilles tendon to escape the underworld, Ki-jun returns eleven years later to uncover the truth and seek revenge.

The trailer opens with Ki-jun at his brother's funeral, setting the stage for his grief-driven pursuit of truth and retribution. His chilling resolve to hunt down anyone responsible, whether friends or family, signifies a mission without compromise. Armed with his signature baseball bat, Ki-jun shows off a wide range of intense action sequences. Throughout it all, his determination never wavers, hinting at a ruthless battle that won't end until justice is served.

The trailer continues with Koo Jun-Mo (Gong Myoung), the heir to Bong-San, smiling eerily with blood splattered across his face; Lee Geum-Son (Choo Young Woo), a prosecutor and the son of Lee Joo-Woon, revealing his hidden ambitions; Koo Bong-San (An Kil-kang), the furious head of Bong-San, brimming with rage; Choi Sung-Chul (Cho Han-cheul), Lee Joo-woon's right-hand man; and Cha Young-Do (Cha Seung Won), the shadowy figure of the underworld underworld, sensing that Ki-jun has returned. As these characters navigate the heart of Ki-jun's cold yet burning quest for revenge, the question of which path they will take adds another layer of suspense.

Released alongside the trailer, the striking key art also sets the tone for the series, highlighting Nam Ki-jun's unyielding pursuit of vengeance. His blank expression and clenched fist hint at the brutal, cold-blooded nature of the action scenes to come. A gritty action series where schemes, conspiracies, betrayal, and ruthless revenge collide, Mercy For None delves into characters who pursue their own goals with no room for compromise.

Anyone who dares to act must face the consequences. Mercy For None premieres on June 6, exclusively on Netflix.
