The Wait is Finally Over... 'Museum of Innocence' Premiering on Netflix February 13th
Netflix announced the release date of Museum of Innocence, an adaptation of the world-renowned novel by Nobel Prize-winning author Orhan Pamuk, with a clip from the series. Following the novel, which has reached millions of readers in over 60 languages, and the museum of the same name, hosting hundreds of thousands of visitors, this highly anticipated nine-episode series of the Museum of Innocence will premiere globally on February 13th, only on Netflix.
Directed by Zeynep Günay, written by Ertan Kurtulan and produced by Ay Yapım, the series stars Selahattin Paşalı and Eylül Lize Kandemir. The strong cast of the Museum of Innocence also includes acclaimed actors such as; Oya Unustası, Tilbe Saran, Bülent Emin Yarar, Gülçin Kültür Şahin and Ercan Kesal.
Set in 1970s Istanbul, Museum of Innocence brings to the screen a multi-layered narrative of love, happiness, obsession, longing, and missed opportunities, depicting the turbulent relationship between Kemal, the son of a wealthy family, and Füsun, his distant relative.
