The Colonel is reassigned to take emergency command of USAG Stroopsdorf in the Netherlands, a small and combat-less base, as punishment for his unfiltered rant about General Davidson. Upon arrival, Sergeant Conway provides The Colonel and Major Shah with a tour of the things Stroopsdorf is known for: cheese, laundry and bowling. The Colonel demands to know who is in charge and is introduced to Captain Quinn, his estranged daughter.
