20th Century FOX Sets a Dozen DVD Releases

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- While not yet officially announced, Amazon.com is taking pre-orders for a host of upcoming 20th Century Fox DVD titles. Among those listed is the DVD debut of "Lost In Space." Here's a complete rundown of the new offerings:

"N.Y.P.D. Blue: The Complete Second Season" ($59.98) - August 19

"Angel: The Complete Second Season" ($59.98) - August 19

"Futurama: Volume 2" ($49.98) - September 2

"24: The Complete Second Season" ($59.98) - September 2

"Family Guy: Volume 2" ($49.98) - September 9

"The Shield: The Complete Second Season" ($59.98) - October 7

"Dark Angel: The Complete Second Season" ($59.98) - October 21

"The X-Files: The Complete Eighth Season" ($149.98) - November 4

"King of the Hill: The Complete Second Season" ($39.98) - November 11

"M*A*S*H: Season 5 Collector's Edition" ($39.98) - December 9

"Lost in Space: Season One" ($79.98) - January 13, 2004

Also not listed but in the works for 2002 are new seasons of "The Simpsons" and "Malcolm in the Middle." Work is also reportedly underway on the DVD release of FOX's short-lived series "Firefly."
