JOHN STAMOS TO GUEST-STAR ON NBC'S "ER"

JOHN STAMOS MAKES RARE SERIES GUEST-STAR TURN ON TWO EPISODES OF NBC'S 'ER' AS PARAMEDIC-MEDICAL STUDENT FOR BROADCAST NOVEMBER 10 AND 17

BURBANK - September 19, 2005 - John Stamos ("Jake in Progress," "Full House") will make a rare guest-star appearance on a series when he plays a paramedic in medical school who is also a vet of the first Gulf War. Stamos will guest-star in two episodes of NBC's "ER" (Thursdays, 10-11 p.m. ET) for broadcast on Thursday, Nov. 10 and 17.

After a stint on daytime's "General Hospital," Stamos gained prime-time attention for his role as Jesse Katsopolis in "Full House." He later starred in last year's comedy "Jake in Progress" and the drama series "Thieves." He also guest-starred in "Friends."

In addition, Stamos has starred or appeared in several television movies, including "The Reagans," "Fortunate Son," "How to Marry a Billionaire: A Christmas Tale," "Sealed with a Kiss," "The Marriage Fool" and "A Match Made in Heaven." He also was executive producer of the miniseries "The Beach Boys: An American Family" and a producer on "Jake in Progress."

On the big screen, Stamos' credits include "Knots," "Born to Ride" and "Never Too Young to Die."

Stamos joins previously announced Kristen Johnston and John Leguizamo as featured guest stars this season on "ER."

As it enters its 12th season beginning September 22, "ER" is executive-produced by Michael Crichton (creator), John Wells, Christopher Chulack, R. Scott Gemmill and David Zabel. The drama is a production of Constant c Productions and Amblin Television in association with Warner Bros. Television Production, Inc.
