Locke, whose single "Change" is currently a Top-10 Billboard AC hit, explains, "I still had a few items that I wore on AMERICAN IDOL that I knew had a better use than hanging in my closet. The money Clothes Off Our Back and I raise will go to Camp Heartland and many other great causes and will also bring fans just a little closer to their favorite Idols." Locke's sophomore album, "Based on a True Story," dropped May 1, 2007, via Curb Records.

Proceeds from the auction benefit Camp Heartland (www.campheartland.org), a national non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth and their families facing HIV/AIDS, poverty, grief and other painful life challenges; as well as the Children's

Defense Fund; Autism Speaks' research division (formerly Cure Autism Now) and the emergency relief efforts in Darfur (specifically Friends of the World Food Program, Save the Children and the U.S. Fund for UNICEF).

Past IDOL participants who want to participate should email info@clothesoffourback.org.

The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation is a 501c3 organization that hosts charity auctions showcasing today's hottest celebrity attire. Items are put up for bid to the public with proceeds going to benefit children's charities. Clothes Off Our Back was founded by actors and philanthropists Jane Kaczmarek ("Malcolm in the Middle") and Bradley Whitford ("The West Wing," "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip"), whose efforts, along with those of their celebrity and designer friends, have helped improve the lives of children across the globe.
